Open Positions:
- Community Outreach Coordinator:
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Coordinators. In these roles, you will help connect our organization with the local community through events, workshops, and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing outreach programs, building relationships with community partners, and promoting our mission. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to making a positive impact. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in community service and nonprofit work while helping to create meaningful connections.

Time commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week.
- Website Maintenance (Web Support)
Assist with website structure optimization, page updates, and uploading event information.
Includes: race promotions, result announcements, group purchase activities, and organization updates.
Ideal for: Individuals with basic web or content management experience and an interest in visual layout.
Time commitment: Approximately 1–2 hours per week.
- Content Editor
Help write and publish website articles and announcements to keep content fresh and up to date.
Includes: snow season activity introductions, race results, group purchase details, and member news.
Ideal for: Those with English and/or Chinese writing skills or prior experience in content editing.
Time commitment: Approximately 1 hour per week.
- Email and System Support (System & Email Support)
Responsibilities: Assist with configuring domain emails, SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, and secure backups.
Support the team in building a more professional and reliable IT management system.
Ideal for: Individuals interested in IT, domain management, or email security, or those with basic technical experience.
Time commitment: Approximately 1–2 hours per week.
- Event Assistant (3–6 positions)
Responsibilities:
- Collect activity interests: Use tools such as WeChat group polls and Google Forms to gather members’ participation preferences for various activities, organize responses, and report summarized results.
- Group engagement: Help maintain community guidelines in assigned WeChat groups, share event announcements, and encourage positive interaction among members.
- Event planning support: Based on community interests, propose activity ideas and assist in the design, preparation, and execution of both online and offline social events for ski enthusiasts. Support the community in staying connected year-round and deepening their understanding and passion for snow sports.
- Preferred familiarity with at least one of the following:
- Indoor/outdoor activities in the Greater New York area
- Indoor/outdoor activities in the Greater Boston area
- Unique events in the New England region
- Experience with ski resort trips or carpooling in North America
Time Commitment:
- Routine engagement: Flexible — checking WeChat a few times a day, from just a few minutes to a few hours, depending on your availability.
- During events: Approximately 2–4 hours per event (including survey collection, data organization, communication, and event planning/execution), depending on the event size.
